Blankley invited to 'Democracy in the Workplace' conference

Kristen Blankley, assistant professor of law, has been invited to participate in the "Democracy in the Workplace" conference, which will take place Feb. 23-25 at William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.

The conference is sponsored by UNLV's Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution. Blankley will participate in a panel discussing "Designs for Voice at the Workplace." As part of the panel, she will present "Adding by Subtracting? How Limited Scope Agreements for Dispute Resolution Representation Can Increase Access to Attorney Services."
