Pursuant to §1.100(4) of the Nebraska College of Law Honor Code the Honor Code Committee comprised of Professors Martin Gardner (Chair), Catherine Wilson, and Matthew Schaefer and Coy Clark (2L) and Andrew Broadfoot (3L) issues the following report:
On January 7, 2019 the Committee unanimously approved settlement agreements involving two student violations of §§1.020(1)(A) and 1.020(2)(B)(i) of the Honor Code by discussing memorandum assignment matters in violation of the legal writing professor’s written instructions prohibiting such discussions.
