STIR Talk with Professor Lepard

Prof. Brian Lepard will present this semester’s STIR Talk. In this talk Professor Lepard will explore whether international human rights treaties that the U.S. has ratified obligate it to take action against hate speech, including white supremacist speech, and if so, what kind of action.
