Do you or your agency have unmet training needs? Now is the time to contact someone from LTAP's new Advisory Planning Group with your thoughts. They are meeting this week to start to shape our work plan for the next fiscal year.
Membership in the group includes three County Highway Superintendents: Bruce Filipi, Saline County, Barb Keegan, Box Butte County, and Gary Connot, Holt and Boyd Counties. Cities are represented by Joe Soucie, Director of Public Works for LaVista, and Jeff Thompson, current APWA NE President and City Engineer for Papillion. NDOT is represented in this group by Don Butler, Highway Safety Engineer, Jodi Gibson, Local Assistance Section Manager, and Carrie Williams, Human Resources Training Section Manager. Our FHWA partner in this group is Melissa Maiefski, Program Delivery Team Leader.
