UNL AWM Seeking Members!
Are you interested in getting involved in the math community at UNL? The Math Department's chapter of the Association for Women in Mathematics (AWM) is looking to expand membership. UNL has an official chapter of AWM, which is a nationally recognized organization for supporting participation and contributions in mathematics across all genders.
In addition to future social and academic events, there are two key opportunities to get involved with UNL's AWM chapter:
1. We are starting a mentorship program among different levels of undergraduate students, as well as graduate students. This is a great way to meet fellow math students, hear about their experiences, and learn about the math major and career options!
2. We have openings for leadership positions in our chapter for members at any level.
