2020 Virtual Quickpitch Competition
Friday, Nov. 20th, All Day, Virtual
• The 3-2-1 Quick Pitch Competition is an annual event where you can showcase your entrepreneurial, communication and presentation skills through a short “quick pitch” proposal for a new business venture. This year’s event will be hosted virtually.
• Competitors will have 3 minutes 2 pitch 1 idea. A panel of entrepreneurial-minded experts from across Nebraska judge proposals and provide students with valuable feedback.
• Students also have the opportunity to develop ideas as well as network with other students, successful entrepreneurs and community leaders.
• Cash prizes totaling $6,000 will be awarded to the top three pitches. All undergraduate and graduate students are invited to participate.
• Applicants must submit a three-minute pitch video (YouTube or Zoom recording link) by Monday, November 16, 11:59 p.m. The Center for Entrepreneurship will select 10 student finalists to compete in a live pitch competition via Zoom on Friday, November 20. A member of the Center for Entrepreneurship staff will contact finalists to confirm participation.

Cargill Global Scholars Program Now Accepting Applications
• The Cargill Global Scholars Program is a distinctive, 2-year scholarship and enrichment program providing financial support, mentorship, and the unique opportunity for U.S. college students to participate in leadership development seminars, including engaging with fellow scholars from Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, and Russia.
• This opportunity is open to students currently enrolled as freshmen or sophomores or a student with a graduation date between May 2023 and August 2024
