Hello Meteorology-Climatology Majors,
I hope this message finds you happy, healthy, and rested after the Thanksgiving Holiday. The reminder of the fall semester is going to go very quickly with only two full weeks of classes remaining and a week of final exams. I hope the Thanksgiving Holiday has given you plenty of rest for this final three week period.
During this second to last full week of classes, I would recommend that you review each of your course syllabi to make sure that you know exactly what is required in each of your final exams and projects. You should also double check your final exam times for course against the times listed on the fall final exam schedule available at https://registrar.unl.edu/academic-calendar/final-exam/. You also pay particular attention to the unit exam times listed at the bottom of the page since these times vary from the normal schedule.
There are many resources available to help you as you finish the fall semester, and you can also review the available resources here. I expect that it will be difficult to starting using resources that you haven't use during majority of the semester, but this doesn't mean that these resources won't provide a little extra boost in a few of your courses. Unfortunately, you may find that these resources are a little busier than they would have been earlier in the semester.
It might be helpful to talk through your options if you have been having significant difficulty with a course and haven't looked at the Pass/No Pass grading basis or withdrawal options for the fall semester. I would be happy to talk through those options with you, so please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have questions or concerns about a course. As much as I would like to, I cannot help you if you do not ask for help.
