UNL MBio Club - AGAR ART SAFETY TRAINING & CLUB MEETING

Creating Agar ArtThe UNL MBio Club officers along with Microbiology Director Dr. Weber have set the date for the agar art safety training for TODAY, March 23rd at 6:30pm in the Beadle lab E120.

MBIO CLUB MEETING: Thursday, March 25th at 6pm @ Beadle N172. LinkedIn with Lattes - participants can learn how to set up a LinkedIn account and make connections with professors. Hot chocolate packets and mugs will be provided to go.

Science Undergraduate Laboratories Internships

The Science Undergraduate Laboratory Internships (SULI) program encourages undergraduate students and recent graduates to pursue science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) careers by providing research experiences at the Department of Energy (DOE) laboratories. Selected students participate as interns appointed at one of 17 participating DOE laboratories/facilities. They perform research, under the guidance of laboratory staff scientists or engineers, on projects supporting the DOE mission. Continue reading…

SUMMER TUITION GRANT

The Summer Tuition Grant is a need-based grant available to Nebraska residents with high financial need who are freshmen, sophomores, or juniors (by credit hours) who do not receive an existing summer full tuition award. Award amounts vary by enrollment in 3 or more credit hours of UNL coursework, including online classes, where UNL tuition and fees are assessed.

It’s likely that you qualify for more aid than you may realize,* so it’s always best to submit an application if you’re enrolling in summer courses.
