Lab Prep Worker
Job Opportunity
The School of Biological Sciences welcomes applications from undergraduates to assist in the Microbiology teaching labs. We are currently accepting applications for the Lab Prep Worker position for the Spring, 2023, semester.
Job Duties:
Prepare Petri plates and metabolism tubes for labs
Prepare microbial cultures for labs
General chemistry duties and reagent prep
Assist with lab development
Prepare lab carts prior to labs
General lab cleaning
Workers are employed from the first week of classes through dead week and work 8-10 hours per week. They are paid hourly, distributed in bi-weekly installments.
