Mock Interviews
Tuesday February 25, 9am-4pm
Representatives from the Explore Center and Career Services will be available to conduct practice interviews for admission into professional health programs. These in-person mock interviews simulate a 1:1 interview and will take place in room 225 of the Nebraska Union on City Campus.

Missouri Valley Branch ASM Meeting:
Our next meeting is on March 21-22, 2025 at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. UNL Microbiology Majors - contact the MBIO Office for financial assistance if you are interested in attending.
The Missouri Valley Branch of ASM holds scientific meetings to foster networking and promote scientific endeavors and education. The meeting location rotates between the three states within the branch, Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma.
These meetings have both didactic presentations and poster sessions (ABSTRACTS DUE FEB 7) where presenters can share their research. Presenters include graduate students, post-docs, and career investigators from universities and colleges within the Missouri Valley Branch territory. An ASM Distinguished Lecturer is also invited to give a keynote presentation.
Missouri Valley Branch meetings are fun and exciting way to engage in the local scientific community, establish and strengthen professional relationships, and get in on the cutting edge of microbiology in the region!
