Apply to be an Explore Center Ambassador by Monday, September 13th at 5:00pm. If you are pre-health or pre-law, this is a great opportunity to share your experience with other current and prospective students!
DESCRIPTION
- Primarily serve potential Explore Center students through events
- Talk about your Husker Experience with potential students and guests in large groups or individual settings
- Ability to answer basic questions about the Explore Center and its resources
- Experience working with Explore Center advisors preferred
- Meet other Explore Center students and gain professional development experience
LOGISTICS
- Flexible hours – typically 1-5 hours/week, hours dependent on events each week
- Most events are between 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- 5 events required per semester
- Regular training sessions or professional development meetings may be required
- Regular monthly Sunday meetings
- Leadership opportunities available
- Paid position – paid bi-weekly
