Members of the brass faculty at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Glenn Korff School of Music will pool their efforts in an evening of solo performances for trumpet, horn, trombone and tuba on October 22 at 7:30 p.m. in Kimball Recital Hall.
Works by Johan Neruda, Paul Basler, Gustav Mahler, Eduardo Nogueroles and James Stephenson will be performed by Scott Quackenbush, Trumpet; K. Craig Bircher, Trumpet; Alan Mattingly, Horn; Scott Anderson, Trombone and Craig Fuller, Tuba. The soloists will be accompanied by Michael Cotton.
