STEM CARES summer programs now open for scheduling

Are you looking for high-quality STEM activities to engage youth in summer programs? Do you know a teen who might be interested in a paid position teaching STEM programs? Nebraska 4-H Youth Development, in collaboration with Beyond School Bells, can provide a minimum of six (6) hours of free STEM programming to childcare/summer camp/4-H Club programs serving rural* school-age children in Grades 3-5**.

STEM programs will be led by local high school students in paid positions, supported by University of Nebraska—Lincoln undergraduates and a Nebraska Extension 4-H Youth Development STEM Specialist.

This summer, we have two curriculum options:
Garden Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
