
Enhance your impact on student interest in food science
The Department of Food Science and Technology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is conducting research aimed at understanding how food science curriculum can inspire students' interest in food science topics and careers.
The department is seeking high school science teachers and extension educators to participate in this important study.
What to expect:
- Review curriculum content (including slides, lesson plans, and videos).
- Complete a survey and answer questions about the curriculum.
- Participate in a one-hour focus group session via Zoom or Microsoft teams
Why participate?
- Share your valuable insights on food science education and STEM careers.
- Contribute to the development of educational materials that could shape future scientists.
Compensation
