Job Instruction Webinar, May 21

The Nebraska MEP continues its Supervisor Development webinar series with Job Instruction on Thursday, May 21. This webinar is offered free of charge and will be delivered over Zoom. Job Instruction (JI) training is designed to develop the basic stability of your processes (standard work).

This program teaches the method to instruct an operator on how to perform a job correctly, safely, and conscientiously. Job Instruction training requires you to identify the “one best way,” teach the process to this one way, and thereby create a standard method.
