All graduates participating in Commencement on May 7 and 8 are required to receive a negative COVID-19 test result prior to their graduation ceremony. Students graduating Friday should test on Tuesday & Wednesday. Saturday graduates should test Wednesday & Thursday.

UNL will host a one-dose COVID-19 vaccine clinic this Monday, May 3, utilizing the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. All students who have not yet received a vaccine are invited to make an appointment. It will take place at Hawks Championship Center starting at 9 a.m. Use the link to sign up.

Huskers who received their 1st Pfizer vaccine dose on April 20 in the Coliseum should watch for an email from the Lincoln-Lancaster Health Department with an assigned appointment for Tuesday, May 11 between 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Chancellor’s Scholars are students who have maintained 4.0 grade-point averages on all collegiate work at Nebraska and elsewhere. Since its inception in 2004, Dance Marathon at UNL has raised over $1 million for the Children's Hospital and Medical Center. This effort is thanks to community donors, Huskerthon participants and student volunteers. The $224,000 raised from the 2021 Huskerthon helped reach this milestone.

Love Library North, the Adele Hall Learning Commons and the Love Library Link will be closed May 7–June 14 to allow for the removal of precast concrete and metal structures that crown the Love North roofline. Love Library South will remain open and its south doors will serve as a primary entrance.
