If you have Dining Dollars left in your account, spend the remaining balance at the dining centers, Herbie's Markets, Husker Heroes, and the Nebraska Union food court before you leave for the summer. You can use the Transact Mobile Order app at the Nebraska Union or Selleck Food Court.
