Nebraska to grant about 1,300 degrees during December ceremonies

The commencement exercises will be Dec. 16 and 17 at Pinnacle Bank Arena. Sen. Deb Fischer will deliver the undergraduate commencement address. Katrina Jagodinsky, Susan J. Rosowski Associate Professor of history at Nebraska, will speak to the graduate and professional degree earners.

Semester’s end to close out COVID testing, task force, related measures

Chancellor Ronnie Green delivers the 2021 State of Our University address in a nearly-empty Lied Center for Performing Arts on Feb. 15, 2021. Normally attended by hundreds of students, faculty and staff, the 2021 address was only offered via a livestream The close of the fall 2022 semester will signal the end of COVID-19 testing and other pandemic measures at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. After consultation with the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department, the university will end its saliva-based COVID-19 testing program on Dec. 16.

Cudjo, volunteers support student parents via Holidays for Little Huskers

 Domonique Cudjo, assistant director, Women’s Center, sorts Holiday for Little Huskers gifts in the center’s conference room.Meet Domonique Cudjo, the assistant director of the Women’s Center. She provides a range of supports, services and programs to help Huskers be successful. Well before this holiday season, she began coordinating gifts for students with children through the annual Holidays for Little Huskers program.
