Spring Club Fair

In a single location, explore 80 recognized student organizations (RSOs) to join for social, professional and leadership interests. RSO members and officers will be on hand to provide details about their organization and answer questions from prospective new members.
This event is free and casual in nature.

Dance Marathon
February 25, 2023
Nebraska Union
It’s a 13.1-hour “Dance Marathon” where UNL students and the Miracle Kids who have been treated at Children’s Hospital & Medical Center in Omaha come together to celebrate money raised and dance the night away.
Dancing is integrated with live acts such as a children’s talent show, crafts and activities for all ages, and even shaving heads for the kids to give families and children affected to have a day without the worries associated with their numerous stays in the hospital. To date, UNDM has raised $1,669,944.58.

University Career + Internship Fair
February 27, 28, and March 1, 2023
Nebraska Union, Centennial Room
Discover, explore and engage with hundreds of businesses, organizations and employers over the three-day period at the campus’ largest career event. Each day has a different focus and students can converse and interact in person with representatives from every organization on display.
The fair is not limited to potential full-time employment - lots of internship opportunities are showcased too. All UNL students should make plans to attend.
Registration for students opens in Handshake on January 30.

General Election for ASUN Student Government
March 7 & 8, 2023
Online - MyRed
The Association of Students of the University of Nebraska will hold the election for 2023-24 student government officials over two days.
Students can cast their vote in MyRed for president, vice presidents, senators, and Committee for Fee Allocation members, who all serve as representatives of the student body.

Spring Break Adventure Trips
March 9–19, 2023

Go with UNL Outdoor Adventures to one of four exciting destinations to explore and enjoy the great outdoors during the annual spring break holiday. Five-, nine- and ten-day options are available and each trip encompasses a different adventure: canoeing, backpacking, rock climbing and biking.
Sign up early as limited spots are available. All gear and transportation are covered in the cost for each trip.

The Big Event
10 a.m. April 15, 2023
One Big Day to give One Big Thanks! This annual single-day-of-service benefits local nonprofits and residents in the greater Lincoln community. Hundreds of Huskers are needed to help.
Service projects will include assisting residents at private properties and residences; cleaning up at local parks; and volunteering at nonprofit organizations.

Student Impact Awards

Presented annually, the Student Impact Awards celebrate the outstanding contributions to the campus community by the more than 550 Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs) and their members, leaders and advisors.
Recognition will be given in more than ten categories. Nominations open in March 2023.
