There are lots of things you need to remember to do as you prepare to come to campus. The University Health Center has compiled a to-do list, so you’re prepared when it comes to your health.
Transfer your prescriptions. Call 402.472.7457 to transfer your current prescriptions to our on-campus pharmacy.
Bring your insurance card. If you have a physical insurance card, remember to bring it with you to campus. A printed copy of your insurance card works too!
Pack a first aid kit. You never know when you might need a bandage, so keep a first aid kit in you room or backpack. If you forget to bring a kit, you can get supplies at our pharmacy when you come to campus.
Complete a Power of Attorney form. If you are 18 years old and won’t turn 19 for a little while, your parent/guardian may consider completing a Power of Attorney form. Visit health.unl.edu/POA-faq for more details.
Download the Nebraska Medicine app. The mobile app allows you to see your test results, message a member of your care team, use eCheck-in and more.
