Acquire free identity-affirming clothing and accessories to build a professional wardrobe you can use for job interviews, internships, and workplaces.
A variety of clothing styles and sizes are available. All items are donated and in gently-used condition.
A private room is available on-site to try on items.

Intro to Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Outdoor Adventure Center
Join Outdoor Adventures for an evening paddle to explore our local lakes SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard). Enjoy a relaxing evening on the water, from one of the many beautiful lakes near Lincoln. See what Lincoln has to offer, meet some great people, and learn a few paddling skills along the way.
Transportation, paddle boats, and instruction are all provided.
$15 for students/members | $30 for non-members

Basics Pound is an excellent place to start. Basics Pound combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with Yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. This beginner’s level class will teach you how to follow the beat of the music through a full-body workout.

An event with free plants and crafts while mindfully setting goals and intentions for the semester. It is a time and place to thoughtfully identify ways to develop as a person as well as reflect on your identities. This will be a safe and welcoming environment to create new connections with other students on campus.

Power Up with Protein Bowls
Noon to 1 p.m. September 15
University Health Center, First Floor Kitchen
Join the three registered dietitians for the UNL campus to learn how to prepare three different types of protein bowls. Not only will you leave with new recipes in your cooking repertoire, but you’ll also learn practical tips and tricks in the kitchen.
