Make A Big Impact. Donate Blood.
The annual Homecoming Blood Drive at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln is the state’s largest blood supplier each year.
Huskers have donated more than 3,300 pints over the past 5 years.
This year’s blood drive needs 462 students to be donors.
Early sign-up for a 15-minute time slot is recommended. Walk-in donors will be accommodated, too.

Every whole blood donation helps three patients in need. The blood is separated into three parts — red blood cells, plasma, and platelets — with each becoming a life-saving treatment.
Student donors receive a free t-shirt and earn Homecoming Points for their organization in the HC Student Competition.
