University Program Council and Sustain UNL

Give a big thank you to the Earth at the annual ASUN Earthstock Block Party on the Nebraska Union Plaza. UPC Nebraska will be hosting a booth in collaboration with Sustain UNL and giving away sustainable items such as tote bags, natural lip balm, and mini house plants. The booth will be open from 10 a.m. to noon, April 22nd. Supplies are limited.

This event is open for FREE to UNL students, faculty, and staff with an Event Pass.

Alpha Omicron Pi

Stop by the Alpha Omicron Pi house between 1:30 and 6 p.m. on April 23rd and build a flower bouquet, while supplies last. All proceeds go towards The Friendship Home of Lincoln-Women and children shelter.

Delta Sigma Pi

Join Delta Sigma Pi at the Nebraska Union for three fun events this week. Delta Sigma Pi will be hosting a Pie a Pi fundraising event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 23rd. They will also have two Sidewalk Sales on the 24th and 25th from 10:45 a.m. to 2 p.m. where they will giving away free business clothes to students on campus.

Join Letters of Love in the Nebraska Union Ballroom from 6 to 8 p.m. April 24 and create cards to send to terminally ill children all over the globe.

The College of Business Student Advisory Board will be handing out scoops of ice cream from the UNL Dairy Store during their Spring Game Ice Cream Event from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on April 25th in room HLH 123B.

Join the Swift Society in celebrating the release of Taylor Swift’s 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department! "The Tortured Poets Department" Party will be held at the Union from 7 to 9:30 p.m. on April 26th. There will be bracelet making, arts and crafts, photos, listening to the album, friendship and more! Wear your best black & white (TTPD-inspired) outfit!

MASA will be hosting a banquet with the theme “Capturing Our Past, Envisioning Our Future”. Don't miss out on the fun and make sure to grab your tickets at their City Union booth from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on April 23rd. At the banquet, you can enjoy some mouth-watering authentic Mexican food, listen to live music, admire beautiful art, and hear some inspiring words from our special guest speaker. The banquet will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on April 27th in the Nebraska Union Centennial room.
