Women and Underrepresented Genders in the Sciences Club

Join the Women and Underrepresented Genders in the Sciences Club for their annual Jeopardy event! Join the group on October 8th from 6 to 7 p.m. for some science trivia from across biology, chemistry, physics, math, and more!

Herpetology Club

Stop by Hardin Hall at 6 p.m. on October 8th and join the Herpetology Club for Scares and Scales! There will be snacks, crafts, and a spooky documentary.

Delta Tau Delta and Delta Gamma

Join Delta Tau Delta and Delta Gamma on October 10th for Dippin’ Delts! This philanthropy event will be held at the Delta Tau Delta house for anyone to buy Dippin’ Dots!

Frank B. Wilderson, III

On this one special night, Frank B. Wilderson, III will appear in person at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to speak during a 45-minute lecture on his experience as an emerging filmmaker, writer, and activist in the advancement of Afro-pessimism.

Frank B. Wilderson, III is an award-winning writer, poet, scholar, activist, and emerging filmmaker. Wilderson is professor and chair of African American Studies, and a core faculty member of the Culture & Theory Ph.D. Program at UC Irvine.

This event is FREE for UNL students, faculty, and staff with an Event Pass and OPEN to the Public. It will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Swanson Auditorium at the Nebraska Union on October 10th.

Men's Soccer Club

The Men’s Soccer club will be hosting a home game vs. Kearney at Vine Fields on October 12th. The game starts at 1 p.m. and is free to attend.

UNL Men's Ice Hockey Club

Check out the Men’s hockey club take on Minnesota St. Moorhead at the John Breslow Ice Hockey Center at 7 p.m. on October 11th, and 3:30 p.m. on October 12th.

UNL Women's Soccer Club

The UNL Women’s Soccer Club will be hosting a home soccer game against Kansas State University at Vine Street Fields on October 13 at 1:00 p.m.

Sustain UNL

Stop by the Union for Sustain UNL's clothing swap! Drop off clothes on Monday 10/14 and Tuesday 10/15. Pick out as many clothing items as you donated for the swap days on Thursday 10/17 and Friday 10/18 or, if you do not donate clothes, you can purchase clothes on swap days for $1 a piece!

University of Nebraska Inter-Tribal Exchange

UNITE will be having an educational booth about Indigenous People’s Day at the Nebraska Union on October 14th. UNITE will be passing out candy and sharing information related to Indigenous history and contemporary facts.

Games Guild invites anyone to join them at 6:45 p.m. on October 14th to play Magic: The Gathering.
