Free Fitness Classes at Rec Center, Jan. 7-13

All group fitness and mind•body classes at the Campus Rec Centers are free Jan. 7–13. Seventy-four classes are offered during the week at varying times each day.

Popular classes are Zumba, Pilates, REV, TRX Circuit, Vinyasa Yoga, and Power Pump.
