Well-being coaching helps students learn how to create the life they want to live, both now and in the future by exploring VIA character strengths and discussing ways to improve their well-being.

Free one-on-one peer coaching is available to Nebraska students. Students can schedule online or walk in at Big Red Resilience & Well-being, located in the University Health Center, room 127. Walk-in sessions available Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 3 and 6 p.m.
