The 30th Annual Parents Recognition Awards will honor 228 university employees for their service to students. Presented annually, the awards provide positive feedback to faculty and staff from parents and students. Parents are invited to attend the program at 3 p.m. in the Nebraska Union.

One year ago the Huskers Helping Huskers Pantry+ at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln opened on the third floor of the Nebraska Union. In its first year, the pantry has served 311 students with a total of 1,470 visits.
