Arrival sign-up starts July 10; Move-In begins Wed., Aug. 21

Official move-in dates for the 2019-20 academic year are Wednesday and Thursday, Aug. 21 and 22, a day earlier than has been scheduled in previous years.

Students assigned to odd numbered floors can move in on Wed., Aug. 21. Students assigned to even numbered floors can move in on Thurs., Aug. 22. After 4 p.m. either day, all students are welcome to move into their hall, regardless of their floor. Learning Community residents can move in at any time on Wed., Aug. 21.

All students moving into a residence hall for the fall semester will need to sign up for a parking and unloading arrival time. Sign-up selection will be available on July 10 at 8 a.m. in the housing portal: MyRed>Access Housing Portal>Arrival. Sign-up is first come, first served. Early arrival (before August 21) is highly discouraged. However, students who have circumstances making it necessary to arrive before August 21 can make the request on the parking and unloading arrival form.

Room assignments for students who signed a housing contract on or after May 7 will be sent via email in mid-July.
