Join the team as a Youth Development Professional and help lead fun, meaningful, and mission-driven programming for the Boys & Girls Club of Lincoln/Lancaster County this fall at Park Middle School, North Star High School, or Lincoln High School! The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, mission-focused, and skilled at building strong relationships with youth, volunteers, and fellow staff.
Under the direction of the Program Director, you’ll be responsible for implementing engaging programs that support their core goals: Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles. You’ll serve as a role model—demonstrating honesty, respect, and responsibility—and help create a safe, positive environment where every student feels valued and inspired.
Must be 18 years or older to apply.
