Clifton Strengths Institute – Student Leadership Opportunities
We are currently recruiting for the Student Strengths Coaching Program, where students develop advanced coaching skills while supporting first-year students in building confidence, discovering their strengths, and forming meaningful connections. Student Strengths Coaches lead engaging BSAD 111 recitation experiences grounded in curiosity, insight, and authenticity. Selected coaches will take a 3-credit hour course: MNGT 451.
We are also welcoming applicants to the Clifton Builders Program, a strengths-based leadership program focused on high-performance teamwork, real-world projects, and meaningful community impact. This program is ideal for students who are driven, curious, collaborative, and eager to create impact within the program and beyond. Selected students will add either the 12-credit hour minor or the major.
Both applications are due Friday, February 13th. These programs are both open to all first and second year UNL students.
