Premier College Intern Position Requirements:
is a 10–12 week paid summer internship designed for high‑performing students the summer before their senior year. PCIP places interns directly into mission‑critical Air Force and DoD organizations, giving them hands‑on experience, professional development, and exposure to real national security challenges

Eligibility Requirements:
-U.S. citizenship required
-Full-time undergraduate student (junior) or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college or University
-Cumulative GPA 2.95 or above
-Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate Security Clearance (funded by USAF)

PALACE Acquire (PAQ) Program:
The PALACE Acquire (PAQ) program is a full‑time, paid developmental pathway designed to bring recent college graduates into long‑term Air Force Civilian Service careers. PAQ participants enter a structured, multi‑year training pipeline that blends formal instruction, on‑the‑job experience, and mentorship tailored to their specific career field. The program accelerates professional growth, builds technical and analytical expertise, and prepares graduates for permanent civilian positions supporting critical Air Force and Department of Defense missions. At USSTRATCOM, PAQ analysts often contribute to strategic analysis, planning, policy development, and senior‑level decision support across the command.

Key Eligibility and Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited institution
-Timing: Recent graduate within two years of degree completion (up to six years for veterans)
-GPA: Cumulative GPA of 2.95 or higher
-Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen
-Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance (e.g., Secret or Top Secret)
-Mobility: Willingness to be geographically mobile if required by the career field
