The UNL Women's Basketball Club is currently recruiting new members for both the practice and travel team! The team welcomes anyone who is interested in finding or continuing a passion for basketball in a fast pace, competitive environment.
During practices we do drills that focus on various basketball skills but also focus on teamwork and growing as a team. Games and tournaments are a time for us to be extra competitive and challenge ourselves to play at higher level and use the skills we work on in practice. We currently practice Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:30 pm. Our current game schedule is February 18 @ Iowa, February 19 vs. SIUE, February 25-27 NIRSA Tournament, and March 11 @ Mizzou.
All UNL students, who identify as female are welcomed to join regardless of skill level and age.
