As of July 1, 2022, Premier Catering will no longer be the exclusive caterer for the Nebraska Unions. University Catering will be the new exclusive caterer. There will be changes to the Nebraska Unions Food Policy with this new contract.
All Recognized Student Organizations (RSO) will now be required to use University Catering when reserving space in the Nebraska Unions (Nebraska Union, Nebraska Union Plaza, Nebraska East Union, Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center) and the first floor rooms of the Willa Cather Dining Complex. No outside food, beverages, or potlucks are allowed except for beverages provided through the Pepsi Experience Fund and food brought in for individual/personal consumption.
RSO's will receive a 20% discount off the menu price when ordering food and beverages (including snacks) for their RSO events.
