Funding Opportunities for RSOs

The University Program Council (UPC Nebraska) has a Fund Allocation Committee (FAC), made up of members of the UPC Nebraska Executive Board, who review funding applications and make a recommendation to the Director of Student Leadership, Involvement, and Community Engagement on whether to grant/deny requests.

An RSO can apply for up to $1,500, but to apply for funds, events must be open to ALL UNL students and must be at least 30 days from the date of application submission.

Funds cannot be used for conferences including registration, travel, or lodging, events open only to members of specific groups, direct donations to non-profits or community organizations, political campaigns, or Office supplies.

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) also offers funds intended to provide support for programs, projects, and other events that benefit and align with the diversity and inclusion efforts across the University.

Please allow 2 weeks from the receipt of your application to receive news of the funding decision. All funding requests must complete and submit a final report, no later than 30 days after the end of the program/project/event.
