This time of the year is always difficult. Winter Break is over, you are back in classes, and spring is still a month away. Keep the energy of club members and your entire organization at a high level with a FREE interactive workshop.

Student clubs and organizations are encouraged to schedule an interactive leadership training with a professional from UNL Student Leadership, Involvement, and & Community Engagement.

These sessions can be in-person, virtual, or a combination. The length of your session is determined by your group, as each session is customized to your needs. You might want a 30-minute sprint session, a half-day workshop, or even a multi-day seminar. All workshops are FREE for UNL recognized student organizations.

Examples of popular topics requested by groups:
• Keeping Our Group Motivated
• Dealing with Challenges / Challenging People
• Working as a Cohesive Team
• Effectively using the Talents, Abilities, and Skills of Your Members
• Value-based Decision Making
