All Spring RSOs, those organizations holding elections and officer transition in Spring by now should have:
1. Held elections.
2. Transitioned officers.
3. Completed and passed Annual Orientation and,
4. Submitted re-registration.
As per ASUN, all RSOs must be categorized as a Fall, Winter, or Spring Organization. RSO officers must take office on one of the following dates: On the first day classes commence fall semester (Fall Organization), the first day classes commence spring semester (Winter Organization), or the second Tuesday of April (Spring Organization). All paperwork will be filed at those times to remain in compliance.
• A SPRING RSO will have new officers start their positions during the Spring Semester on or before the second Tuesday of April.
To remain active and in compliance, please ensure you have completed the above items.
