Well on Your Weigh! (Step It Up) is Personalized, Fun & Empowering. Take your weight loss to the next level. Participants in this highly motivated group will experience 12 exercise sessions, unlimited access to a dietician & exercise specialist and will receive personalized attention to meet your goals. Step It Up will begin February 17 – March 13. For those who look to participate must have completed the Get Started portion or must exercise at least 3 days per week and want to lose weight.
