Dear UNL Recognized Student Organization,
Before the semester ends, it is time to begin registering for the Big Red Welcome Festival. The 2015 Festival will take place on Sunday, August 23 from 6:30 – 8:30. Registration is open on our website, http://bigredwelcome.unl.edu/.
To register, click on the link above. Select "Registration Information" and then under "Welcome Festival Booth Registration" click "Recognized Student Organization". Here are a few things to know:
• Space is available in 12' x 12' squares (you may purchase up to 3 additional squares)
-We provide a 3' x 6' table and 2 chairs
-We WILL NOT provide dividers, backdrops, or table coverings
-This is an outside event so there will be limited electrical hookups available
-Set up is from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Prices are as follows:
Recognized Student Organization: $20 per booth
UNL Department or Non-Profit Organization: $45 per booth
Business: $160 per booth
There is an option to charge the registration to your RSO's SOFS account. This transaction will not go through until after the Big Red Welcome Festival is over.
