If your RSO is a Winter group (meaning you have new execs that start at the beginning of spring semester), your registration period is quickly approaching! See the items below.
All Winter Registration Period RSOs must complete the following items in order to remain in compliance:
1. Complete an Annual Review Form (ARF) and turn into Student Involvement (at either of our offices – Nebraska Union 200 or East Union 300). Make sure you get all the appropriate signatures! YOUR ARF IS DUE IN STUDENT INVOLVEMENT ON DECEMBER 4th.
2. Have the new President, Treasurer, and Primary Programmer attend an Annual Orientation session. Individuals can sign up at the following link: http://involved-apps.unl.edu/a/AnnualOrientation/
• If your RSO does not have a Primary Programmer position, please appoint another member of your exec board to go as the Primary Programmer.
• If your group is associated with Greek Affairs, do not sign up for a time above; we will have a separate training just for you!
• Your group members do not need to attend the same Annual Orientation; please sign up for the one that works best for you.
• If you attended an Annual Orientation in the fall or last spring, you have already satisfied this requirement and do not need to sign up for a time.
If the items above are not completed by January 31st, your RSO will be out of compliance, which will prohibit you from reserving rooms, holding events, using your SOFS account, applying for funding, and much more.
