The SOFS Office has purchased credit card machines that use a cellular signal for processing. The machine has a battery pack so access to an outlet is not needed. Machines are available at both the City SOFS Office and the East Campus Office to utilize during your fundraisers etc. to accept the processing of credit cards.
To help cover the cost of the machine, there will be a charge of $10.00 per event. In addition to the $10 fee, there will be credit card processing fees ranging from 2-3% per sale assessed to your group to cover the fees charged by the credit card companies and the bank.
