Grad student Estes publishes "Affirming Me: diminishing ed"

Emily Estes, graduate assistant for Wellness Services at Campus Recreation, added "published author" to her list of accomplishments in January 2012.

The subject matter of the book is hope. Hope for recovery from an eating disorder. Eating disorders are prevalent issue in college-age women and are a growing issue in men and middle aged women.

Through the use of collage and inspiration, Emily has brought together a message of hope to those struggling with eating disorders and a life of addiction. She seeks to share the message that recovery IS possible with her recently published book, "Affirming Me: diminishing ed."
