Are you looking for a job or an internship? Are you searching for a mentor who can show you the hidden job market? Are you finding a place where you can practice your networking skills? Find all this at the Professional Networking Reception from 5 to 7 p.m., Feb. 13 in the Nebraska Union Ballroom.
Students can meet professionals in advertising, agribusiness, broadcasting, business, community health, criminal investigation, education, engineering, government, graduate/professional schools, journalism, law enforcement, social media, and others! Students are encouraged to make connections with these professionals.
Dress is business-casual. A resume is not required to attend but students may bring copies if they wish. Refreshments will be available.

The Professional Networking Reception is designed to provide students the opportunity to:
•Meet and engage in dialogue with professionals from the workforce and graduate/professional schools
•Increase their knowledge of the professional and personal skills, qualifications and experiences they will need to be successful following graduation
•Inquire about career-related experiences such as internships, part-time employment, scholarships, shadowing and research opportunities
•Establish networking connections
