We know you have some questions, so let us review the most frequently asked questions this summer.

My position isn’t showing up in the RSO Page!
This may happen for a number of reasons. If you believe there is an error with your position, reach out to involved@unl.edu and we’ll dig into it and find a solution.

I can’t assign the President!
We’ve taken that burden off of you! You will no longer submit position requests for President, Treasurer and Primary Programmer. Student involvement staff will review positions after each Annual Orientation and assign these positions, including an expiration date, for you.

The President, Treasurer, Primary Programmer, Advisor 1, & Advisor 2,have been given all access permissions for your RSO!

My RSO is FROZEN?!
This happens when groups are out of compliance – one or more of your officers hasn’t attended Annual Orientation. Student Involvement communicated with leaders of these groups in July. There are a number of Annual Orientations left this summer and many in the fall. Check out the NvolveU Events tab.

The Frozen Status means you cannot submit EPRs & your RSO will not be listed on the public directory. We don’t want your RSO in the Frozen status – our goal is to have every RSO in good standing! Visit with us if you have questions.

I attended Annual Orientation for a different group. What do I do?
Ask the President, Treasurer, Primary Programmer from the new group (the one you are not listed on currently) to Re-Register your RSO. This will prompt a few questions, and Student Involvement will be able to review the position request and approve the position faster. Re-registration will open by August 1. I want to add someone as an Administrator of our RSO?
Administrative privileges are tied to the positions held in the RSO. You can learn more about creating & assigning positions on this site: http://bit.ly/NvolveU_ChangePositions. Your RSO is responsible for adding your Advisor 1 to the roster.

How do I manage my RSO?
First, you’ll need to be in an administrative position. There are 2 major ways to edit your RSO: 1. Via the Action Center. Or 2. Search the RSO on the Explore View and click on your RSO’s name. You will see a “MANAGE ORGANIZATION” button on the top right corner of your screen.
There are many tools you can manage, depending on your position’s permissions. http://bit.ly/NvolveU_OrganizationManagement

Where’s the Event Form (EPR)?
Good question! First, make sure you hold an administrative position in your RSO (more below). Then, follow this link for more details http://bit.ly/NvolveU_SubmitEPR
