Coming up after Fall Break is our workshop focused on all things Event Planning: Event Planning for your RSO. Join us to learn more about successful event planning and management for all types and sizes of events – small meetings to large scale events. We’ll discuss the EPR process, common road bumps, provide guidance for your next event, and share successes. This workshop will feature information for beginners and seasoned event planners alike and is open to RSO Advisors and any interested RSO student members! Then, during the first week of November at the Husker GROW for RSOs, we’ll be chatting about how you can help your members recognize the transferable life skills they are gaining through their roles within their RSOs. As RSO Advisors we know the numerous benefits that come from being a member of a thriving RSO. However, students often struggle to find the connections between the important work they do within their RSOs and their future career goals. The Husker GROW (Guided Reflection on Work) program can help with just that! Come learn how incorporating a few simple questions into your organizations routine meetings can help them begin to connect the dots.
