OUCH! Workshop – March 27, 2019 – 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
We are excited to have one of our colleagues from OASIS, Moi Padilla, facilitate an OUCH! Workshop for our RSO Advisors. The OUCH! Workshop focuses on understanding the impact of stereotypes and biased statements, identifying the most common reasons individuals remain silent in situations of bias and stereotypes, and provides participants the tools for speaking up against stereotypes without blame or guilt. Transition in Your RSO – April 10, 2019 – 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Are you: A newly elected RSO Officer? An outgoing RSO Officer? An Advisor supporting officer transitions? Join us to learn more about ways to successfully manage officer transitions in your RSO. We’ll explore different ways you can get ready to be an outstanding new officer, leave a legacy as an outgoing officer and support your new executive board through these changes.
