Students interested in learning more about Anthropology, Geography & Global Studies are welcome to attend SGIS Welcome Week Monday 3/4 through Thursday 3/7. All prospective and current students and their families are welcome to join.

3 pm, Start in Oldfather 827: SGIS “Lab Crawl” – meet SGIS students and faculty in their research labs: Archaeology, Forensic Anthropology, Geographic Information Systems, Kruger Gallery of Miniatures
4 pm, Bessey 117: Seminar and Social – Dr. Zhenghong Tang (Community and Regional Planning ~ Unoccupied Aircraft Systems (UAV) for Environmental Monitoring and Assessment) and Dr. Emira Ibrahimpasic and Dr. Julia Reilly (SGIS ~ Refugee Resettlement in Nebraska)
