The Amnesty International RSO at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is hosting a documentary screening about refugee rights, followed by a Q&A session with the film director.
The documentary 8 Borders, 8 Days follows the story of a single mother of two from Syria as they flea from war -- only to face the challenges that come with being a refugee.
The film screening will take place on Oct. 18th at 6:30 pm in food court c/d in the Nebraska Union.
