The UNL Fisheries Club is hosting the Holmes Lake Fishing Event again this year, This is a great opportunity for faculty and students who have never had the opportunity to try fishing. Fishing rods, gear, bait, and kayaks will be provided during the event for all attendees. There will also be experienced students there to help during any part of the day. The Fishing Event will be on Sunday, October 6th from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. It will take place on the South side of Holmes Lake at the very end of the road near the boat ramp.
If students need transportation to the event, shuttles will be going to and from Hardin Hall starting at 2:30pm. In addition to the fishing event the Graduate Student Association will be holding a potluck, so feel free to bring food and join in. Anyone is welcome!
