Outlook has a "Direct Replies To" feature to accommodate the need to direct replies to another person.

There are instances in which one person sends a message, but someone else needs to receive the replies. Outlook has a Direct Replies To feature to accommodate that need.

1. In a new email message, click on the "Options" tab.

2. In the "Properties" dialog box, check the "Have replies sent to:" box and enter the name(s) to whom the reply should be directed in the adjoining field.

3. Click "Close".

4. Complete the message and send it.
