SNR Snapshot of the Month: In the Namib Desert

"We were on a hike in the dunes with their environmental education director stopped for that photo," Powell said.

He led a three-week trip to Namibia that is part of NRES 492: Southern African Ecology. The course is offered during the first three-week summer session and culminates in the African adventure.
